GrowMyMap is currently a founding pilot, not a generally available messaging service. The website does not ask for your customers’ personal information.
Information we collect
If you apply for the pilot, we collect the name, work email, business name, current software, job-volume range and optional workflow description you submit. We also retain basic technical security data: submission time, source page, user agent and a one-way hash of the submitting IP address.
Why we use it
- Evaluate whether your business fits the founding pilot.
- Contact you by email about your application and pilot research.
- Protect the form from spam, abuse and repeated automated submissions.
- Understand aggregate demand for integrations and business sizes.
Submitting the form does not opt you into unrelated promotional mailing lists.
Legal basis and consent
We process the application information you voluntarily provide to take steps at your request and based on the explicit contact consent shown with the form. You may withdraw that consent before joining a pilot.
Storage and retention
Applications are stored on a restricted server database in the European Economic Area. They are not publicly accessible. We intend to review inactive applications within 12 months and delete information that is no longer needed for pilot evaluation, legal obligations or abuse prevention.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process limited data solely to operate and secure the site. Information may be disclosed where legally required.
Cookies and analytics
The initial website does not use advertising trackers or first-party analytics cookies. The hosting infrastructure may keep standard security and access logs.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your pilot application, or object to further contact. Use the pilot form and begin the optional workflow field with “Privacy request”, including the same work email so we can verify and respond.
Security
We use HTTPS, restricted server access, input validation, rate limiting and non-public database storage. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
The site and pilot are for business representatives and are not intended for children under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy as the pilot evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. Before any customer-messaging feature launches, this policy and the applicable consent process will be reviewed again.
