GrowMyMap is in product discovery and founding-pilot development. Website descriptions explain an intended workflow. They do not represent that every integration or messaging feature is currently available.
No purchase or guaranteed access
Submitting an application is free, creates no subscription and does not guarantee acceptance, delivery dates, functionality, commercial terms or results. Any later pilot agreement will be presented separately before activation or payment.
Permitted use
You may use the website to learn about the concept and submit truthful information on behalf of a business you are authorized to represent. You may not probe, overload, scrape abusively, interfere with security controls or submit another person’s information without authority.
No review manipulation
GrowMyMap is not intended to buy, fabricate or post reviews, suppress negative feedback, impersonate customers or violate a review platform’s rules. A future pilot participant remains responsible for lawful customer communication, valid consent, accurate sender identity and its own platform obligations.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee review volume, ratings, search position, revenue, customer response or delivery of messages. Results depend on the business, its customers, third-party platforms and other factors outside our control.
Third-party names
Google, Google Maps, Jobber and other names belong to their respective owners. GrowMyMap is independent and is not sponsored by, endorsed by or affiliated with those companies. References identify potential interoperability or use context only.
Availability and changes
We may change, pause or discontinue the website or pilot without notice. We may reject or remove abusive submissions and take reasonable steps to protect the service.
Disclaimer
The website is provided “as is” for product validation. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, GrowMyMap will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of this validation website. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the pilot develops. A separate production service agreement and messaging policy will be required before a generally available product launch.
